Sample Commission Payouts
Identify a concrete pain point your boss/client is facing (e.g., a messy website, an IT security scare, or a stalled marketing campaign).
Submit their details through our Ambassador Referral Form to lock in your priority and generate your Secret Tracking Code.
Set the stage. We won't reach out cold and spook them. You will initiate a warm handoff by CC’ing us on an email, dropping us into a Slack channel, or mentioning us on your next sync call.
Example: "Hey [Boss], I know we've been struggling with our email security. I asked the team at Wenyah to take a look, I'm CC'ing them here to set up a quick audit."
This is where you earn the big commission. You provide us with the context we can't get from the outside.
Before we pitch, you give us the inside scoop: What is their actual budget? What are their biggest fears? Are they talking to other agencies? This helps us build a proposal they can't say no to.
Bosses get busy and emails get lost. Your job is to gently nudge them if the deal stalls.
When they are reviewing the proposal, you act as the internal champion, reminding them of the value and reassuring them that Wenyah is the right choice.
After the deal is signed and their first invoice clears, your commission is locked. We route your 30% lump sum (and 5% recurring liason fee) directly to your preferred payout method (like Wise, Gcash or Xoom).

At the end of every month, we pull from the qualified entries.
Winners receive cash drops (sent via Wise), gift cards, or tech upgrades. It’s our way of saying thank you for keeping the Wenyah name buzzing.
You don’t have to fix these problems yourself, and you definitely don’t have to “sell” a solution. Just use the trust you’ve already built to point out the gap and suggest a resource. You look like a proactive hero to your boss, their business gets optimized, and you earn a commission. It’s a win-win.
The Wenyah Brand Ambassador Program helps Virtual Assistants earn extra income by introducing Wenyah to businesses that may need cybersecurity, IT support, websites, automation, or digital services.
You do not need to sell. You simply notice a problem, start the conversation, and refer the right person to Wenyah.
No. You are not the salesperson.
Your job is simple: initiate, educate, and refer.
You point out a real business problem, mention that Wenyah may be able to help, and make the introduction. Wenyah handles the technical explanation, pricing, objections, and closing.
Keep it natural. You can say something like:
“I noticed we may have a gap with cybersecurity, IT support, websites, or business systems. I know a company called Wenyah that helps small businesses with this. Would you like me to introduce you?”
That’s it. No pressure. No hard selling. Just a smart, helpful nudge.
A strong referral includes more than just a name.
The best referrals tell us:
Who the decision-maker is
What problem you noticed
Why you think Wenyah can help
Whether your boss/client is open to a conversation
The best way to contact them
The more context you provide, the easier it is for Wenyah to help and the stronger your referral becomes.
Look for business problems you already see during your daily work.
Examples:
You do not need to diagnose the problem. Just notice it and refer it.
You may earn a referral reward when your referred boss/client signs up for a qualified Wenyah service and the referral requirements are met.
Submitting a name, clicking a link, or filling out a form does not automatically create a payout. A reward is tied to a real signed Wenyah customer.
The best ambassadors are active, not passive.
That means you do not just wait for your boss to ask for help. You pay attention, spot issues, and bring up Wenyah when it makes sense.
A good ambassador says:
“I noticed this might become a bigger problem later. I know someone who may be able to help.”
That is the difference between a random referral and a valuable business introduction.
You do not need to sell. You simply notice a problem, start the conversation, and refer the right person to Wenyah.
No. Wenyah’s approach is low-pressure and professional.
You are not pitching products. You are helping your boss/client become aware of a possible risk, gap, or opportunity. Wenyah handles the business conversation after the introduction.
Your role is to be helpful, not pushy.
That is okay.
Your job is not to force the conversation. Your job is to bring helpful options to the table.
Sometimes the first answer is “not now.” A good ambassador may follow up later if the issue comes back, gets worse, or becomes more urgent.
Yes.
Wenyah is cybersecurity-first, but we also help businesses with websites, landing pages, digital systems, and business support services.
If your boss/client does not need cybersecurity right now, they may still need a better website, better systems, or better client-facing digital presence.
No.
This program is designed to work with VAs, not against them.
Wenyah does not use your referral information to poach your client or replace your role. The goal is to help you become more valuable to your boss/client by bringing smart business solutions to them.
Start with one real problem you have already noticed.
Then use this simple formula:
“I noticed [problem]. This could affect [business impact]. I know Wenyah may be able to help. Want me to introduce you?”
That is the whole play. Notice. Nudge. Refer.
Wenyah Cybersecurity is the definition of proactive. We recently learned they run thousands of automated system checks, software patches, and updates for us every single month just to keep things running optimally. Because they are constantly fine-tuning our network, our computers simply work. It is so refreshing to have a security partner whose main goal is keeping our staff productive rather than billing us for every little repair.
What truly sets Wenyah Cybersecurity apart is the level of care and ongoing support provided behind the scenes. From regular maintenance to quick troubleshooting, they go above and beyond without nickel-and-diming for additional services. It's clear that their priority is building long-term relationships and ensuring their clients' success.
