Wenyah VA Ambassador $100 Raffle Rules

By entering the Wenyah VA Ambassador $100 Raffle, you agree to these rules and to Wenyah’s final decision on entry validation, bonus entries, winner selection, fraud review, and prize eligibility.

How to Enter

To receive a valid raffle entry, you must complete all required steps:

1. Complete the Wenyah Brand Ambassador Survey.
2. Confirm your name and email address so Wenyah can validate your entry.
3. Complete any bonus-entry actions honestly and accurately.

Bonus entries may increase your chances of winning, but all entries are subject to verification.

Ambassador Application Bonus

Clicking the Ambassador Application link may show an automatic bonus of 20 entries inside the raffle tool.

However, those 20 entries are provisional only.

You will only keep those 20 entries if you actually complete the Ambassador Application Form with accurate, real, and verifiable information.

Clicking the link without completing the form does not qualify you for the bonus.

Submitting fake, incomplete, misleading, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent information may result in immediate disqualification from:

• the raffle;
• the bonus-entry system; and
• the Wenyah Brand Ambassador Program.

Zero Tolerance Rule

Wenyah has zero tolerance for fake entries, fake boss/client information, fake applications, bot activity, duplicate accounts, form abuse, or attempts to game the raffle system.

If Wenyah determines that an entrant claimed points without completing the required action, submitted false information, used automation, manipulated the system, or acted in bad faith, Wenyah may remove entries, disqualify the entrant, ban the entrant from future promotions, and select an alternate winner.

Prize

One eligible winner will receive $100 USD or the local equivalent, paid through a payment method supported by Wenyah.

If the selected winner cannot receive payment, does not respond within 3 days , cannot verify their identity/email, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

No Purchase Required

No purchase is required to enter or win. Buying any Wenyah service does not improve your chances of winning.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from eligible, verified entries after the raffle period ends.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible verified entries received.

Third-Party Tools

This raffle may use third-party tools such as KingSumo, FormRobin, email tools, analytics tools, or other platforms.

These tools may display points, entries, actions, or confirmations automatically. Those displays are not final. Wenyah reserves the right to review, correct, remove, or adjust entries if a tool records an action incorrectly, fails to capture data, awards points by mistake, or is abused.

Wenyah is not responsible for third-party platform errors, outages, delays, tracking failures, email delivery issues, form submission problems, or incorrect point displays.

Zero Tolerance: Bonus Entry Verification

Bonus entries shown by Kingsumo are provisional only.

This system may display points or entries immediately after a click, share, form visit, or other bonus action. However, those entries are not final, approved, or guaranteed unless Wenyah verifies that the action was completed honestly and correctly.

Do not click bonus actions unless you actually complete the required action.

Wenyah may manually review, adjust, remove, or disqualify any entry at any time, including after the system displays points.

The following will result in immediate disqualification:

• Fake clicks
• Fake shares
• Incomplete actions
• Fake names or emails
• Duplicate accounts
• Bot activity
• Fraudulent form submissions
• Misleading referral information
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or game the raffle system

If Wenyah determines that a participant abused the system, the participant will be removed from the raffle and may also be removed from the Wenyah Ambassador Program.

No warning. No appeal. No payout.

Any raffle prize, referral reward, commission, or bonus entry may be forfeited if Wenyah determines that the participant acted dishonestly or failed verification.

Only honest, verified participants are eligible to win.

Boss / Client Information

If you submit boss, client, company, or referral information, you must have a good-faith basis for submitting it.

Wenyah will not use raffle-submitted boss or client information to poach your VA relationship, target your job, or replace you with a Wenyah VA service.

Referral information is used to evaluate potential Wenyah business opportunities, validate ambassador activity, and administer the raffle or ambassador program.

Payment Method and Transfer Limitations

The $100 prize will be sent by Wenyah through Xoom or Western Union, at Wenyah’s discretion, unless Wenyah agrees to another method in writing.

Wenyah’s obligation is to send the prize amount of $100 USD through the selected payment provider using the winner’s verified payment details.

After Wenyah submits the payment, Wenyah is not responsible for:

• payment-provider delays;
• bank processing delays;
• recipient bank issues;
• local holidays or business-hour limitations;
• compliance reviews;
• payment holds;
• exchange-rate changes;
• transfer fees, receiving fees, or bank fees;
• errors caused by incorrect information provided by the winner.

Xoom states that delivery can take longer due to factors such as compliance reviews, partner hours, time zones, systems availability, and local holidays. Western Union also states that fees, foreign exchange rates, and taxes may vary by brand, channel, and location and are subject to change without notice.

If Wenyah sends $100 USD, any difference between the USD amount sent and the amount ultimately received in the winner’s local currency is controlled by the payment provider, exchange rate, fees, bank processing, and recipient-side conditions. Wenyah is not responsible for making up any shortfall caused by those third-party factors.

If the winner cannot receive payment through Xoom, Western Union, or another method approved by Wenyah, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner Requirement: If you win, you must confirm receipt of the prize and provide a short acknowledgment fit for social media. By accepting the prize, you allow Wenyah to publish your first name, initials, general location, prize amount, and acknowledgment for winner announcements, social proof, and promotional purposes.

Privacy

Information submitted through the raffle, survey, or ambassador application may be used to administer the raffle, validate entries, contact potential winners, evaluate ambassador eligibility, communicate with participants, and operate Wenyah’s referral/ambassador program.

Disputes and Arbitration

This raffle and these rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to this raffle, the ambassador program, entry validation, bonus entries, disqualification, prize eligibility, or payment shall first be handled through good-faith informal resolution with Wenyah.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration seated in Metro Manila, Philippines, conducted in English, before one arbitrator.

Each participant agrees that disputes must be brought individually and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

Wenyah may still seek immediate relief for fraud, platform abuse, misuse of confidential information, security abuse, or other misconduct that could harm Wenyah, its systems, its customers, its partners, or other participants.

Final Decision

Wenyah’s decisions regarding eligibility, verified entries, bonus entries, winner selection, suspected fraud, disqualification, prize payment, and interpretation of these rules are final.
